Chicken Pineapple Boat Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 ounce. cooked chicken
- cubed
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce.) can pineapple chunks (juice pack)
- chilled & liquid removed
- 1 med. green pepper
- cut in strips
- 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 3/4 c. Zesty salad dressing
Instructions
- In salad bowl combine chicken, pineapple, green pepper and water chestnuts.
- Pour zesty dressing over chicken mix.
- Toss lightly.
- Makes 4 servings.
