Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- cubed
- 1 bell pepper
- sliced
- 2 cups yellow squash
- sliced (or zucchini or both)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- cut in halves
- 1 (25 ounce) bag frozen cheese ravioli
- salt and pepper
- red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 12 cup pesto sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot and cook chicken season with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes.
- When chicken is half way done add veggies.
- Meanswhile, thaw ravioli in microwave just until not frozen.
- When chicken and veggies are done, add ravioli and toss with pesto sauce.
