Chicken, Peas, and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 7/8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Spray a pan with cooking spray and turn the stove on to medium to high heat.
- Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and brown in the pan.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Can be served over rice, if desired.
