Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh broccoli
- cut into spears or possibly 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli spears
- cooked & liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. cubed (or possibly use cutlets) cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 can Campbells cream of broccoli soup", "1/3 c. lowfat milk", "1/2 c. shredded cheese", "1 tbsp. butter, melted", "2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Instructions
- Combine broccoli and chicken or possibly turkey in baking dish (10 x 6 inches).
- Mix soup and lowfat milk, pour over chicken or possibly turkey broccoli mix.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Mix butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min or possibly till warm.
- P.S.
- If fixing for a large family, arrange cutlets on bottom of baking dish, then broccoli, cheese, (bread crumbs last).
- May layer it several times.
- Pour soup mix (may need 2 cans) over this, topping with bread crumbs.
- Heat till warm.
