Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
- skinned
- 1 can golden brown mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- reg. or possibly lite
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry or possibly white wine
- 1 c. sauteed mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine soup, lowfat sour cream and sherry in large bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper and curry pwdr.
- Mix in mushrooms.
- Grease bottom and sides of casserole dish.
- Pour 1/3 of sauce mix in dish.
- Add in chicken breasts and remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in oven 1 1/2 hrs.
- Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
- Serves 4.
