Ingredients
- 2 (6 or possibly 7 ounce.) cans chunk white chicken or possibly 3/4 c. cooked chunk chicken
- 1/4 c. salsa (mild
- med.
- warm)
- 4 to 6 ounce. shredded cheese
- Nacho chips
Instructions
- Mix chicken and salsa together.
- Spread a single layer of nacho chips on a 14 to 16 inch oven-proof platter (chips can overlap to cover bottom completely).
- Spoon chicken mix on top of chips.
- Add in chips.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min till cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
