Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- cooked
- boned
- and diced
- 8 ounce. pkg. noodles
- cooked and liquid removed
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. water or possibly chicken broth
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. can Chinese noodles
Instructions
- Mix broth, soup, and cheese.
- Heat thoroughly.
- In baking dish, layer noodles, chicken, then add in soup mix to top of noodle and chicken.
- Add in Chinese noodles.
- Add in second layer of noodles; cover with cream sauce.
- Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Top with remaining Chinese noodles and bake for 15 min longer.
