Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken liver
  • 12 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 12 cup fresh sage leaf
  • salt
  • hot cooked white rice (or a white and wild rice blend)

Instructions

  1. Saute livers in butter about 5 minute
  2. Add sage leaves.
  3. Saute 5 minute more or until livers are cooked.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
