Ingredients
- 250 grams Chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 8 shakes Black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Dried basil leaves
- 6 shakes Fresh parsley
- 1 dash Garlic powder (or grated garlic)
- 1 dash Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the ingredients marked into a plastic bag and mix well.
- Add the chicken to the bag and rub from the outside.
- Close the bag and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cook in a heated frying pan until browned to finish.
- You don't have to coat the frying pan with oil.
- Optionally top off with a little lemon juice.
