Ingredients
- 2 skinless
- boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 pound low-salt sliced ham
- 1/4 pound Alpine Lace low-salt Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
Instructions
- Flatten breast, make them as thin as possible.
- Layer slices of ham and slice of cheese inside of breast.
- Roll tightly, like a jelly roll.
- Keep tightly sealed with a toothpick.
- Brush chicken with butter.
- Seal in aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a small toaster oven.
- Serve with rice and vegetables.
