Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- cut up
- Garlic salt
- 1 egg
- well beaten
- 1/2 c. flour
- Salad oil
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. sake
- mirin or possibly white wine
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- MSG
Instructions
- Cut chicken in small pcs.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Dip in egg mix, then flour.
- Fry in deep fat.
- Combine wine, soy sauce, sugar and MSG.
- Cook together till sugar is dissolved.
- Dip chicken in sauce and bread crumbs.
- Place chicken in pan and bake for 5 min at 350 degrees.
