Ingredients
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup swiss cheese
- grated
- 1 12 cups cubed smoked ham
- 3 cups canned frenched fried onions
- crushed
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 12 cup Dijon mustard
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- To make sauce, mix mustard,mayo and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until blended and heated through.
- Set aside.
- Mix together ham, cream cheese, swiss cheese, 1/2 cup crushed french fried onions and salt and pepper to taste.
- Set aside.
- Butterfly each chicken breast.
- Season inside and outside with salt and pepper.
- Fill each chicken breast with 1/4 of cheese mixture and close.
- Beat eggs.
- Coat the outside of each breast with egg, then roll in remaining crushed onions.
- Place on baking sheet.
- bake 20-30 minutes unti cooked through.
- Serve with sauce on side.
