Ingredients
- 2 qt. cooked chicken

- 1-1/2 qt. canned mandarin oranges
- drained
- 1-1/3 cups slivered almonds
- toasted
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- finely chopped
- 1 cup Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Real Mayonnaise
- 16 each whole wheat pita breads
- halved
- 32 each lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Combine chicken, oranges, nuts and parsley in large bowl.
- Add mayonnaise; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
- For each serving: Line each of 2 pita halves with 1 lettuce leaf; fill each with 76 g chicken salad.
