Ingredients
- 2 whole Whole Wheat Flat Breads (or Lavish Bread From Trader Joes)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- Minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Shredded
- 1 whole Chicken Breast
- Cooked And Shredded
- 5 whole Broccolini Florets
- Cut In Half Lengthwise
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- Cut In Half
- 1/2 cups Purple Onion
- Sliced
- 1/2 cups Canned Artichoke Hearts
- Cut Into Fourths
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Toss your pizza stone into the oven to heat if using one.
- Spread olive oil and garlic evenly among flat breads.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Top with each 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Spread on chicken, broccolini, tomatoes, onion, and artichokes.
- Top each with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Place flat breads on the pizza stone or put them on a pizza pan and bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
