Chicken & Bacon Wraps

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • Cut Into Bite-Sized Peices
  • 10 pieces Bacon
  • Cut In Half
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix brown sugar and chili powder into a small bowl.
  3. Put dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  4. Roll each chicken piece into the dijon mustard.
  5. Wrap a bacon piece around the chicken, then secure with a toothpick.
  6. Roll the chicken around in the brown sugar and chili powder mixture.
  7. Make sure to cover it well.
  8. Put each completed piece on a broiling pan.
  9. Once you have finished all of them, bake for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is done and the bacon is nice and brown.
  10. Expect a little smoke to come from the bacon grease dripping into the broiler pan .... no biggie though.
  11. These are great!
  12. The kids loved them too, even the picky eaters.
  13. I am sure you could dip them in a lot of different dips.
