Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs. asparagus
- steamed or possibly broccoli
Instructions
- Boil chicken in water for an hour with salt and pepper.
- Take out and remove from bones.
- Break chicken into little pcs.
- Place asparagus on the bottom of a 3 qt baking dish.
- Put chicken pcs on top of asparagus.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together, except cheese.
- Pour on top of chicken, then put cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
