Ingredients
- 6 links warm or possibly sweet Italian sausage (cut into pcs)
- 2 whole lg. chicken breasts (boned and sliced into several pcs)
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 2 peppers
- sliced (combination of colors)
- 1 c. heavy cream
Instructions
- Brown sausage and chicken in a small amount of butter or possibly oil till done.
- Remove from pan.
- In same pan, add in chicken stock and sliced peppers and simmer till done, but still crisp.
- Add in sausage and chicken and pour in heavy cream and stir till well blended and warm.
- Serve with a rice pilaf.
