Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 orange belle pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Fry diced onion, minced garlic, diced chicken breast and chopped orange bell pepper with olive oil on medium heat until cooked
- Add seasoning and stir well.
- Remove from pan.
- Place tortilla in pan and lightly cover with cheese.
- Spread fried ingredients on top, then add a bit more cheese followed by another tortilla.
- Fry on both sides.
- Serve with salsa.
