Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 large onion quartered
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces add to pan add spices coer 10 minute turn after 5 minutes
- Add onions
- Add I cup broth let simmer add water bring to boil covered 5 minutes
- Mix the broth and cornstarch add to gravy stirring constantly
- After it thickens let sit 3 minutes
- Serve with dressing, rice dumplings and so on
