Ingredients
- 200g loaf ciabatta
- cut into thick slices
- 60g butter
- melted
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 500g skinless chicken breast fillets
- 100g cos lettuce
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- halved
- 1 avocado
- sliced
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Caesar Dressing
Instructions
- Brush ciabatta slices with combined butter and garlic, then brush chicken fillets with remaining garlic butter.
- Heat a non-stick grill pan or BBQ over medium heat and cook chicken 4-5 minutes each side until cooked.
- Remove, cover and allow to rest.
- Place ciabatta on a baking tray and cook under a preheated grill for 2 minutes each side or until golden.
- Cut chicken into thick slices, break bread into smaller pieces then arrange on a serving platter along with lettuce, tomatoes and avocado.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve.
