Ingredients
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts Or 5-6 Chicken Thighs
- 1 Tablespoon Mrs Dash Table Blend Seasoning
- 1 whole Onion
- 2 cups Mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Frozen Peas
- 1 bottle (14 Oz. Size) Alfredo Sauce
- 1 package (12 Oz. Size) Farfalle/Bow Tie Pasta
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 2 cups Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Season the chicken with Table Blend seasoning and grill until done.
- Saute the onion and mushroom in oil until tender.
- Chop the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan.
- Add the frozen peas to the pan.
- Add the Alfredo sauce to the mixture.
- Heat through over low heat.
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Drain and rinse the pasta and add to the chicken mixture and mix together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese.
