Chewy M & M Cookies

Ingredients

• 23 cup butter
• room temperature
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons boiling water
• 2 12 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup candy (M&Ms)

Instructions

1. Cream together butter, brown sugar and eggs.
2. Add boiling water.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Add to wet ingredients.
5. Gently stir in M&M's.
6. Use an ice cream scoop to make jumbo cookies, or drop from a tablespoon to make regular size cookies.
7. Bake at 375F for 18 minutes for Jumbo or 10-12 minutes for regular - size cookies.
