Ingredients
- 250 grams Bread flour
- 50 grams Tapioca powder
- 8 grams Dry yeast
- 10 grams Sugar
- 4 grams Salt
- 1 Thinly sliced garlic
- 1 Olive oil
Instructions
- Use a bread maker to prepare the dough up to the first rising.
- Divide into 4 pieces, roll into balls, and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Thinly roll out the ball of dough.
- Make dimples by pressing on the top with your finger, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let rise in the oven.
- When the dough has doubled in size, brush the surfaces with olive oil.
- Top with garlic and rosemary.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 12 minutes.
