Chevre-Olive-Parsley Spread Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 ounces softened chevre (goat cheese)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped black olives
Instructions
- Place the goat cheese, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to taste in a small bowl and stir to combine.
- Add the olives and stir until well incorporated.
