Ingredients

  • 4 large ice cubes or 8 small ice cubes
  • 1 12 cups frozen tart cherries
  • 1 large banana
  • cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 34 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk or 34 cup low-fat milk
  • 23 cup orange juice
  • 1 -2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Place ice cubes, frozen cherries, banana, milk, orange juice, protein powder and sugar in blender container.
  2. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. To serve, pour into glasses.
  4. Serve immediately.
