Cheesy Vegetable Nuggets
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 tbsp water
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- Cook the broccoli, then drain and chop well.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form the mixture in nuggets and place on greased baking tray.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Serve warm.
