Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cups Crushed Saltine Crackers
  • 1/4 cups Diced Onion
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese (up To Double This Amount If Desired)
  • 1 pound Pasta Of Your Choice
  • Cooked According To Package Instructions
  • 1 cup Prepared Brown Gravy (homemade Or From A Mix)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Use your hands or a fork to mix.
  4. Preheat an electric skillet to medium or heat a large skillet on the stove on medium for a couple minutes.
  5. On a piece of wax paper or foil, make six to eight equal-sized piles of the meat mixture.
  6. Form each pile into a patty.
  7. Place the patties in the skillet, cover and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until done.
  8. Serve with pasta and gravy.
