Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces flour
- cut up
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 14 cup finely chopped swiss cheese
- 14 cup minced ham
- 13 cup pine nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- In a medium saucepan, combine milk and butter.
- Place over medium heat until butter melts.
- Stir in flour.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until batter leaves the side of the pan and forms a ball.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, making sure each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.
- Fold in cheese, ham and pine nuts.
- Scoop into 1 inch balls and arrange 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes, then lower heat to 325 and bake until golden brown, 10-15 minutes longer.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
