Ingredients
- 250 grams flour
- 100 grams diced cheese
- 100 grams diced salami (or ham)
- 7 grams active dry yeast
- 50 grams grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams melted butter
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- Mix parmesan, flour,cheese, salami, yeast and salt in a bowl
- Mix the eggs,the milk and the melted butter in another bowl
- Add the liquid mix to the other one and stir.
- Pour in a muffins bakin pan.
- Bake in the oven (preheated 180C) for 20/30 minutes.
