"Cheesecake Factory" Key Lime Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups (425 ml) graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup (225 ml) plus 1 tbsp (15 ml) granulated sugar
- 3 8 oz (224 grm). packages cream cheese
- softened
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh or bottled key lime juice (If using fresh green limes or juice
- use 1/2 Cup).
- 3 whole jumbo eggs (or 4 large eggs)
- Garnish: sweetened whipped cream
- Optional garnish: candied lime peel julienned strips
