Ingredients
- 1/4 pounds Ground Beef (85% Of Less Fat)
- 1 dash Salt and Pepper
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Onion Powder
- 1 pinch Ground Coffee
- 1 pinch Raw Sugar Or Brown Sugar
- 1 dash Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Pesto
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 slice Low Carb Pita Bread
- 1/4 cups Arugula
Instructions
- In a mortar & pestle, grind salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, coffee, onion powder.
- Mix seasoning in with ground beef with a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
- In grill pan, cook hamburger to your desire.
- My preference is medium rare.
- Add cheese.
- Blend pesto and mayo and spread inside pita.
- Place cheeseburger inside and top with arugula and serve!
- Delicious twist to the everyday burger.
