Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 310g can creamed corn
- 1 red capsicum
- diced
- 1 red onion
- finely chopped
- 5 slices KRAFT Light Singles
- diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Combine liquid ingredients and creamed corn; mix into dry ingredients until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix until just combine.
- Spoon mixture into 12 lightly greased 3/4 cup muffin pans.
- Bake in oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
