Cheddary Artichoke Snacks
Ingredients
- 1 French bread baguette (1 lb.)
- cut into 16 slices
- toasted
- 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts
- drained
- chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers
- 2 Tbsp. green onion slices
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- cut into 16 slices
Instructions
- Heat broiler.
- Place toast slices on baking sheet; top with remaining ingredients.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min.
- or until cheese begins to melt.
