Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- chilled
- 14 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 14 cup green onion
- chopped
- 1 cup fat-free buttermilk
- 12 cup fat free sour cream
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Stir in cheese and chopped onions.
- Stir in buttermilk and sour cream until just moist.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until edges are golden and tops are slightly brown.
