cheater's chicken florentine

Ingredients

• 5 potatos
• 1 packages frozen creamed spinach
• 3/4 lb boneless chicken breast

Instructions

1. preheat oven to 350
2. remove frozen creamed spinach from box and bag
3. dice potatos, peeled or unpeeled
4. put chicken in corning dish, surround with potatos, place spinach on top
5. cook for 40 minutes
