Chayote Squash Over Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 Chayote squash
- 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion
- chopped
- 4 cups cooked pasta
- Curtiss Pepper Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Peel Chayote, slice in two and remove seed.
- Slice into strips.
- Saute in 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil, with garlic and onion.
- Serve over pasta.
