Chardonnay Cover-Up Recipe

Ingredients

• Ice
• 4 ounces dry white wine
• chilled
• 2 ounces Aperol
• 5 dashes orange bitters
• 1 lemon or orange twist
• for garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail glass halfway with ice.
2. Add the wine, Aperol, and bitters and stir to combine.
3. Rub the lemon or orange twist around the rim of the glass, place in the drink, and serve immediately.
