Champinones Al Brandy
Ingredients
- 12 lb mushroom
- 1 cup sherry wine
- 1 cup brandy (I like Brandy Presidente)
- 1 garlic clove
- chopped
- 14 cup onion
- chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- to taste
Instructions
- Coat frying pan with olive oil (try to use as little as possible to coat, may be less than 1 tbsp).
- Cook onion and garlic until soft.
- Season with salt.
- Add mushrooms, sherry and brandy.
- Cook about 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
