Celery Kamikaze

Ingredients

• 1 lime wedge
• Kosher salt
• Ice
• 2 ounces pepper vodka
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 ounce celery juice
• 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

Instructions

1. Moisten half of the outer rim of a coupe with the lime wedge and coat lightly with salt.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the remaining ingredients; shake well.
3. Strain into the prepared coupe.
