Ingredients
- 3 cup cauliflower
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup dice celery
- 1/4 cup enoki mushroom
- 1 cup dice onion
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp grated lemon zest
Instructions
- cut all vegetables into small dice
- put cauliflower floret in blend and pulse it till it looks like crumbs
- in pan with 1tbsp of olive oil sautee onion then add all vegetable and dry saute for 2 minute
- add salt mix well then off heat and add lemon juice
- serve top garnish
