Carrots Glace Easy in the Microwave

Ingredients

• 1 Carrot
• 1 tbsp Margarine
• 1 tbsp Water
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1 dash Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Peel the carrot and cut into 1cm round, beveled slices.
2. Place the carrots and all of the other ingredients in a heat-resistant container.
3. Cover with plastic wrap.
4. Microwave for 3-4 minutes and it's done.
