Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- peeled
- 2 carrots
- peeled
- 12 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- boil potatoes & carrots in rosemary & lightly salted water until soft.
- drain water & return to hot pot on low heat.
- stir for 15 seconds, letting excess water burn off.
- add milk, butter & garlic powder & blend using an electric mixer.
- salt & pepper to taste.
