Caramelized Onion Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 1 large vidalia onion
- sliced into rings
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Stir in sugar; add onions.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Rub salt and pepper on pork and place in a baking dish; top with onions.
- Bake 45-50 minutes at 350F.
