Ingredients
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 apples
- sliced
Instructions
- In a 2 quart slow cooker, combine butter, corn syrup and brown sugar; stir well.
- Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until mixture blends and sugar is dissolved.
- Uncover and cook on high 1-2 hours or until it simmers.
- Add peanut butter and condensed milk.
- Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours or until well blended and thickened.
- Serve with apples or cookies or over ice cream.
