Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken brest
- 1/2 box Captain crunch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Clean and prepare chicken breast into strips
- use half small box of Captain Crunch cereal in food processor until very fine with baking powder
- Beat eggs
- Egg wash chicken and press cereal firmly onto chicken
- Make sure oil is at 350F and deep fry until golden brown
- The cereal breading May retain a lot of oil so make sure you put it on a good drain system a lot of paper towels and or news paper
- serve with Honey mustard and enjoy
