Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter
- 2 slices Your Favorite Bread
- 6 slices Deli Sliced Capicola
- 4 slices Provoline Cheese
- Sliced Tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Butter one side of bread slices.
- Lay on a grill or griddle pan on medium heat, buttered side down.
- Add capicola and provolone cheese to each slice of bread (this is an open-faced sandwich), tenting foil over both halves to aid in melting cheese.
- Add tomato slices if desired.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
- Wonderful served with chips and pickles!
