Canned Crab Meat and Spinach Soup (Low-Carb)
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 1 can Canned Crab Meat
- 1 packet Shirataki
- 1 block Tofu
- 100 grams Enoki mushrooms
- 1 Chopped scallion
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 grams Dashi stock granules
- 1 Salt
- 800 ml Water
Instructions
- Add the tofu and enoki mushrooms to a pot and boil.
- Then add the soup base and remaining ingredients.
- When it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
