Ingredients

  • 1 packages Kumquats
  • 3 tbsp Honey or soft light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Remove the stem and rinse well.
  2. Use a wooden skewer or toothpick to poke holes all over through the peel.
  3. Place in a microwave-safe bowl and sprinkle with honey or soft brown sugar.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600 W for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the plastic wrap, cool, and they're done.
  6. They look like this after they've chilled for 2 hours.
