Ingredients
- 4 lb Whole squid Boiling salted water
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice Salt & pepper
- 1 dsh Sugar
Instructions
- Clean squid.
- Cook in boiling salted water till tender; drain.
- Cut into squares; set aside.
- Heat butter in skillet; stir in flour.
- Combine lowfat sour cream & water; gradually add in to flour mix, stirring till smooth & thickened.
- Add in squid, lemon juice, salt, pepper & sugar; heat to serve piping warm.
