Ingredients
- 4 slc bacon
- 3 x cloves garlic chopped
- 2 can whole green beans (or possibly fresh)
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/3 lb beef or possibly pork sausage cubed
- 1 lrg onion diced
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp creole seasoning
Instructions
- Slice bacon into bite-sized pcs and put into skillet with onion, garlic, and parsley.
- Sauta till onion is soft and slightly brown.
- Add in beans, salt, pepper, garlic salt or possibly pwdr, Creole seasoning and sausage.
- Cover and simmer till beans are cooked down with seasonings.
- Water can be added during simmering to keep beans from sticking to pan.
- Cook about 30-45 min.
